Application

Start with one drop of propolis tincture per day and increase the amount by one drop daily, as long as no allergic reactions occur. Should a reaction occur, reduce the intake back to the last well-tolerated number of drops.

The maximum daily dose of 20 drops must not be exceeded.

The propolis drops should always be taken with some water, as it is an alcohol-based solution (mother tincture). Diluting it makes consumption more pleasant.

Shake well before drinking. The tincture can be added directly to a glass of water.
