Direct intake:

Allow a small amount (e.g. a pea-sized piece) to dissolve in your mouth or chew.

Can be taken pure or mixed with honey

Dissolve propolis in high-proof alcohol (at least 70%) and let it steep for several days.

Then filtered and applied drop by drop (e.g. for oral care or as an additive to drinks).
