Ear candles
Beeswax ear candles: your natural way to care for your ears 🌿🕯️
Say goodbye to cotton swabs and hello to the beneficial effects of our beeswax ear candles! While cotton swabs often tend to push ear wax deeper into the ear canal and can therefore lead to hearing loss and infections, ear candles offer a gentle and effective alternative to ear cleaning. Ear candles have been used for centuries to naturally clean the ears and promote relaxation. Discover the many benefits of this traditional method!
How do ear candles work?
Ear candles are a natural method of cleaning the ear canal of excess ear wax and other impurities. The gentle heating and the resulting pressure waves clean the ear canal from the inside, which can help relieve hearing loss and prevent ear infections. At the same time, the application creates a calming effect that leads to pleasant relaxation. 🌟✨
Application
-
Preparation: Have a small bowl of water and an ear scoop within reach. Lie comfortably on your side so that your head and ear canal are in a vertical position. Ideally, have someone support you to fully enjoy the application.
-
How to use the ear candle: Light only the longer part of the ear candle. Carefully insert the non-burning side into the external ear canal (maximum 2 to 5 mm). The ear candle should burn down to the red mark. Remove the candle and extinguish the rest in the bowl of water provided. During the process you can hear a soothing whooshing and crackling sound. Repeat the process on the other ear.
-
Follow-up: Carefully remove any residue from the outer ear canal with an ear spoon, without pushing it back into the ear canal. Then lie flat on your back and apply gentle pressure with the palms of your hands against your ears to equalize the pressure in the middle ear. Rest for about 20 to 30 minutes in a quiet, meditative atmosphere to intensify the effect of the ear candles.
Tips for use
- Easy insertion: Oil the lower part of the ear candle (approx. 5 mm) before lighting to make it easier to insert into the ear canal.
- Reducing condensate: To avoid coarse condensate in the ear canal, you can insert a few fibers of cotton from a cotton swab into the ear candle or use a paper filter.
Important instructions
- Do not use in case of: Perforated eardrum, ear implants, purulent and highly inflammatory processes, fungal infections in or on the external auditory canal, and allergic reactions to ear candles.
- Observe safety guidelines: Always follow the safety guidelines when dealing with open flames. Only place the ear candles with the non-burning side in the ear canal.
- Personal responsibility: The use of ear candles is at your own risk. If you have any uncertainties or health concerns, please consult a doctor or alternative practitioner you trust.
Test a small amount before use to avoid allergic reactions.
Conclusion: Our beeswax ear candles offer you a natural and relaxing method for ear cleaning. Treat yourself to this traditional care and experience the benefits of thorough and gentle ear cleaning! 🌿🕯️
